Infighting Among Antisemitic Figures Could Benefit Israel

Far Right Infighting

Once a powerful and unified force, the far-right movement is now grappling with internal chaos. The conservative alliance that had solidified under the MAGA banner is fracturing, with major figures like Nick Fuentes, Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and Elon Musk engaging in public feuds. As the far-right’s unity deteriorates, it presents a unique opportunity for Israel to navigate this disorder for its own strategic benefit.

Fuentes vs. Carlson: Accusations of Betrayal

Nick Fuentes, the notorious white nationalist and outspoken antisemite, has long been a polarizing figure within the far-right. However, his recent public fallout with Tucker Carlson—one of conservative media’s most influential voices—has taken many by surprise. Initially, Fuentes seemed to align with Carlson, even after a joint interview that suggested a growing alliance. But now, Fuentes is publicly accusing Carlson of being a “CIA operative”.

“I want this guy to stay the f*** away from me. I don’t know who he is, but I’ll tell you one thing: He is not who he says he is … if anything happens to me, whatever, take that to the bank!” Fuentes ranted.

Musk and Milo: Fuentes Branded a “Fed”

Adding to Fuentes’ woes, tech mogul and secret antisemite Elon Musk—who recently sparked outrage with a Nazi salute— and controversial figure Milo Yiannopoulos have gone on the offensive, openly labeling him a “fed”—a term used in far-right circles to accuse someone of being a government informant or agent. Musk, with his massive influence over the conservative base, and Yiannopoulos, with his inflammatory rhetoric, have significantly raised the stakes of this internal struggle. Their public attacks on Fuentes are not only a blow to his credibility but also signal a deeper fracture within the far-right’s leadership.

Candace Owens, TPUSA, and Fuentes

Meanwhile, Candace Owens, another key figure within the conservative movement, is embroiled in her own drama. Owens, who has long been a close ally of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk, is now accusing the organization of betraying Kirk following the suspicious death of TPUSA’s co-founder. Owens’ criticisms have only intensified as she came under fire for failing to attend a major livestream event that was central to the organization’s activities. Fuentes has not held back, mocking Owens as a conspiracy theorist for believing there’s some grand conspiracy behind Kirk’s death.

Ian Carroll Calls Out Nick Fuentes for Absence

Antisemite political commentator Ian Carroll has called out Nick Fuentes for failing to show up when it matters most. “This is your moment, and you’re not here. What’s going on? Where are you at, Nick?” Carroll criticized Fuentes for focusing on his “podcast circuit” with figures like Steven Crowder, instead of confronting key issues head-on.

Israel’s Strategic Opportunity Amidst Far-Right Turmoil

For Israel, the collapse of the far-right’s unity may present a rare opportunity. As internal divisions intensify, Israel has the chance to capitalize on the chaos and strengthen its position in the evolving political landscape. While the far-right is distracted by infighting, Israel could seek to forge new alliances with influential figures who remain aligned with its interests—or, perhaps more strategically, strengthen its ties with moderate factions of the right and center-left.

As antisemitism rises in America, Israel must consider the possibility of investing in alliances across the political spectrum. The current instability on the far-right offers Israel the chance to counterbalance the influence of hardline conservatives and reduce their sway over political discourse. This approach would allow Israel to proactively shape its international relationships in a way that reduces the influence of fringe elements and strengthens ties with broader, more stable political groups.

Israel must navigate the shifting political terrain with a clear strategy. The movement’s internal divisions, though disruptive, offer a critical chance to influence the political landscape before the far-right can regain its footing.
